Capital Dental & Team Sibley – Ride to Conquer Cancer
If you have never thought about how cancer may affect you, think again…. According to Johns Hopkins, one in two men & one in three women will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
Dr. Conaghan & Dr. Varney will be joining Team Sibley & the Ride To Conquer Cancer for the 2 day, 150+ mile bike ride to help raise funds to benefit Johns Hopkins and accelerate the discoveries that are transforming cancer medicine. They have both trained for and ran marathons many times in the past, but this event is very different from their normal activities.
Participation helps raise money for Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center, Suburban Hospital, and our very own Sibley Memorial Hospital!
As members of the Sibley community- we knew we wanted to participate in this event to raise funds for Sibley as well as raise funds for cancer research.
