One of the most debilitating illnesses we encounter is chronic inflammation. If the body is under stress it responds by releasing histamine and other elements that cause dilation of blood vessels and stress to all organ systems. The common causes of inflammation are allergies (many of you can attest to that this time of year) and low grade chronic infections. Men’s Journal just had an article that mentioned ways to reduce inflammation in your body that leads to aching joints and fatigue .
